I didn't receive an order confirmation, What do i do?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, please check your spam box. To make sure you will not miss any other order updates. Can i change my order?

It is unfortunately not possible to change or to cancel an order after you confirmed it. Check your personal information carefully before you place an order.



Can i change my address after placing my order?

When will i receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and handed over to Post NL , DHL or DPD. 

 

Can i track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a track and trace code from Post NL, DHL or DPD which you can use to track your order.

 

My package is not deliverd, What now?

We advise you to check your track and trace code which you will receive by email for specifics about the delivery. Your package may have been delayed.

 

I have received the wrong item, what can i do

Return the item. As soon as we receive it in our warehouse, we will process a refund and email you about this. Indicate on your return form that the item is incorrect. If you still want the item, and it is still in stock, place a new order through our website.
